About the Program
The American Sign Language (ASL) program provides an introduction to the language of the Deaf, the Deaf Community, and Deaf Culture. The ASL classes emphasize conversational skills in functional situations and provide students an opportunity to explore, in a relaxed atmosphere, the language and culture of deafness.
